The Young UN Women Australia Sydney Committee is a dynamic network of young women and men that aims to encourage the involvement of young women and men in women's development and security, build-up young women's leadership capabilities and contribute and support the work and priority areas of UN Women Australia.

Young UN Women Australia Sydney is now recruiting members aged between 18-35 years for our 2012 Newsletter Working Group!

Successful applicants for this team will play an active role in creating and developing written content for the Young UN Women Sydney newsletter, as well as be involved in its design, distribution and publicity.

 Working group activities will include a variety of tasks such as:

  • Innovating concepts and ideas for the development of the newsletter.
  • Providing regular written contributions to the newsletter in the form of reports, features, opinion pieces, and book and film reviews.
  • Sourcing photography, illustrations and other visual art.
  • Assisting with design and distribution.
