The New South Wales State Branch is currently seeking a Volunteer Coordinator. The Volunteer Coordinator will help new volunteers get situated within the AYCC and help develop skills and engage existing volunteers. We're looking for someone who has excellent organisationaal and time management skills and has experience working in a fun and creative team environment.

Position Description: NSW Volunteer Coordinator

Time Commitment: 8-10 hours, weekly.

Type: Volunteer

Open to: Youth aged 18-29

Workplace location: Level 15, 179 Elizabeth St Sydney

Specific Responsibilities:

● On behalf of the AYCC Sydney Branch make initial contact with new volunteers, induct them into the AYCC, keep a record of their information and integrate them into a team or project and manage exit reviews.

● To be in tri-monthly contact with volunteer staff to monitor their personal development, skills development, holistic AYCC experience and grievance issues.

● Manage engagement of semi-regular volunteers and the progression of their involvement pathway.

● Manage the AYCC Sydney Key Contacts database, information systems and communications processes within the AYCC Sydney branch.
