We're currently seeking a fundraising coordinator for our Victoria State Branch. The fundraising coordinator will create and implement a fundraising plan for the branch. This will include centrally-organised fundraising, such as grant writing and AYCC's monthly donor program, and supporting local groups to fundraise through events and merchandise.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Fundraising is crucial to building a generation-wide movement to solve the climate
crisis. Funds raised at the branch level go into building local youth climate groups
across the country through training programs, scholarship opportunities to major
events, support structures and more. Funds are also necessary to mobilise our
movement for political impact, including resources for actions, transport and events.
The Fundraising Coordinator will create and implement a fundraising plan for the
branch. This will include centrally-organised fundraising, such as grant writing and
AYCC's monthly donor program, and supporting local groups to fundraise through
events and merchandise.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Developing and implementing fundraising strategy
• Manage fundraising plans and budgets
• Manage a fundraising team to implement the fundraising plan
• Support and mobilise local groups to fundraise
• Create a culture of celebrating fundraising in the branch
• Connection to National Fundraising team
• Implementing AYCC fundraising arms including merchandise and monthly
donors
• Networking and representing the AYCC
