Asia-Pacific Youth Organisation is a non-profit youth organisation with a mission to inform, connect and engage young people in the areas of politics, economics and diplomacy of the Asia-Pacific Region. The vision of APYO is for an Asia-Pacific region in which young people can make a difference through the strength of their innovative ideas and inspiring leadership.

The organisation is holding a forum to discuss the implications of numerous leadership transitions scheduled all across Northeast Asia in 2012. The forum will be held at Finkel Theatre, John Curtin School of Medical Research, Building 131, Garran Rd, ANU, on the 28th February 2012 between 17:00 and 20:00.

Speakers, Professor Rikki Kersten, Associate Professor Hyung-A Kim and and Dr. Yongwook Ryu all from Australian National University gather to discuss the political changes and regional security and stability of Northeast Asia and its implications on 2012. This event is a great opportunity for young people to become informed and connected to the areas of politics, economics and diplomacy of the Asia-Pacific Region.

Asia-Pacific Youth Organisation is a non-profit youth organisation with a mission to inform, connect and engage young people in the areas of politics, economics and diplomacy of the Asia-Pacific Region. The vision of APYO is for an Asia-Pacific region in which young people can make a difference through the strength of their innovative ideas and inspiring leadership.

Events details

The organisation is holding a forum to discuss the implications of numerous leadership transitions scheduled all across Northeast Asia in 2012. The forum will be held at Finkel Theatre, John Curtin School of Medical Research, Building 131, Garran Rd, ANU, on the 28th February 2012 between 17:00 and 20:00.
