It was the passion and commitment of volunteers which allowed for the creation of UN Women in Australia.
Since then we have always valued the contribution volunteers make towards the organisation.

An internship with UN Women Australia provides a unique opportunity for students to put to practical use their knowledge gained at university in work environment, whilst contributing to the work UN Women Australia does in promoting women's human rights, political participation and economic security.
Interns will:
• Gain work experience at working for international Non-Government Organisation
• Gain a greater understanding of key issues relating to women, development and the UN
