Job outline
As the National Head of Administration, you will:

  • Manage the National and Victorian Oaktree Office in Camberwell, ensuring that:
    - Office space is used efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage the Office Administration team, to ensure that:
    - A volunteer is placed on reception every business day;
    - All phone calls and emails are answered promptly and correctly
  • Work with the General Manager of People and Culture and the People and CultureTeam to:
    - Provide purposeful experiences for volunteers, in a way that will ensure that Oaktree is equipped to      achieve the biggest possible impact on eradicating extreme Global poverty.
  • Run the 2012 Oaktree National Conference- a three day conference that will be attended by 180 Oaktree volunteers from around Australia.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Oaktree National Office is useable, professional space 
  • During business hours the Oaktree landline is always answered
  • All emails sent to info@theoaktree.org are replied to within 2 business days

Characteristics and skills required
Eligible candidates must have:

  • Excellent personal organisation
  • High level of professionalism
  • Commitment to Oaktree's values and mission
  • Excellent communication, leadership and team management skills

Job outline
As the National Head of Administration, you will:

  • Manage the National and Victorian Oaktree Office in Camberwell, ensuring that:
    - Office space is used efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage the Office Administration team, to ensure that:
    - A volunteer is placed on reception every business day;
    - All phone calls and emails are answered promptly and correctly
  • Work with the General Manager of People and Culture and the People and CultureTeam to:
    - Provide purposeful experiences for volunteers, in a way that will ensure that Oaktree is equipped to      achieve the biggest possible impact on eradicating extreme Global poverty.
  • Run the 2012 Oaktree National Conference- a three day conference that will be attended by 180 Oaktree volunteers from around Australia.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Oaktree National Office is useable, professional space 
  • During business hours the Oaktree landline is always answered
  • All emails sent to info@theoaktree.org are replied to within 2 business days
