Grassroots Coordinator

Job Outline
Oaktree is looking for a highly motivated and passionate individual to undertake the role of a grassroots coordinator.
In collaborations with the Live Below the Line State team, Grassroots coordinators will be - responsible for the effectively implementation of a State Live Below the Line Strategy, including:

  • Operational planning of the campaign, 
  • Promotional and community building activities and events, 
  • Liaising/communicating internally with the rest of the State Oaktree Branch, 
  • Develop and promote the Oaktree brand and Live Below the Line campaign 


Key Performance Indicators

  • Quality of planning and preparation for an effective promotions strategy for the campaign. 
  • The level of engagement and support from individuals and groups, such as universities and schools. 
  • The level and success of extensive promotions of Live Below the Line to all diverse sectors of society. 
  • Successful running of Live Below the Line events 
  • 2012 State targets reached (Sign Ups, participants, funds raised) 


Skills required

  • Experience with effective teamwork and collaboration. 
  • High level of personal organisation and efficiency 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills 
  • Vision and passion, integrity and humility

  • A minimum one-hour weekly meeting with the state LBL team 
  • A minimum of one afternoon a week in the Oaktree NSW office in Haberfield 
  • Attendance at fortnight state whole team meetings 
  • Responding to emails and phone calls 
  • We are looking for individuals who can make a commitment until June 2012 to the position

Grassroots Coordinator
National Live Below The Line Team

Job Outline
Oaktree is looking for a highly motivated and passionate individual to undertake the role of a grassroots coordinator.
In collaborations with the Live Below the Line State team, Grassroots coordinators will be - responsible for the effectively implementation of a State Live Below the Line Strategy, including:

  • Operational planning of the campaign, 
  • Promotional and community building activities and events, 
  • Liaising/communicating internally with the rest of the State Oaktree Branch, 
  • Develop and promote the Oaktree brand and Live Below the Line campaign 


Key Performance Indicators

  • Quality of planning and preparation for an effective promotions strategy for the campaign. 
  • The level of engagement and support from individuals and groups, such as universities and schools. 
  • The level and success of extensive promotions of Live Below the Line to all diverse sectors of society. 
  • Successful running of Live Below the Line events 
  • 2012 State targets reached (Sign Ups, participants, funds raised) 


Skills required

  • Experience with effective teamwork and collaboration. 
  • High level of personal organisation and efficiency 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills 
  • Vision and passion, integrity and humility

Time Commitment 10-12 hours a week (please note: hours expected will start off lower and increase in the lead-up to the campaign in May), including:

 

  • A minimum one-hour weekly meeting with the state LBL team 
  • A minimum of one afternoon a week in the Oaktree NSW office in Haberfield 
  • Attendance at fortnight state whole team meetings 
  • Responding to emails and phone calls 
  • We are looking for individuals who can make a commitment until June 2012 to the position
