We are seeking a passionate and dedicated person to coordinate the referral of volunteers registered with CREW (Community Response to Extreme Weather) to service and oversee the operational management of the CREW processes and procedures.

Volunteering Qld has many projects contained within the Social Engagement Initiatives department, all of which are designed to engage volunteers within the community in a meaningful way.
The Community Response to Extreme Weather (CREW) project is a community emergency volunteer engagement service set up to assist those disaster recovery agencies helping those affected by the extreme weather events of 2010/11.
Volunteering Qld is seeking a passionate and dedicated person to coordinate the referral of volunteers registered with CREW to service and oversee the operational management of the CREW processes and procedures. The successful candidate will also be required to manage office data and call centre volunteers and provide all HR services to recruit, train and retain these internal volunteers.
In addition, the candidate may also be required to assist in the management of other smaller projects from time to time.
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
The remuneration and benefits package for this position will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience. This is a 6 month position initially.
