Social Worker

AGWS is seeking a suitable applicant to join the Family & Community Services Unit to undertake casework and community education for 3 days a week. Casework duties include providing information and referral, advocacy, crisis intervention, emergency relief, minimal counselling and support.

The suitable applicant will have a sound knowledge of the Greek community, knowledge of community services, possess excellent communication skills and have experience in direct service delivery and client work.
Knowledge of the Greek language is essential. Social work and/or equivalent qualifications required. Remuneration according to qualifications and experience with salary packaging available.
