iTaNGO is a government run organisation that focuses on ensuring people of all ages, levels of income and locations can participate in the information age and works on empowering community service organisations to work with new technologies effectively.

iTaNGO are currently looking for a Social Enterprise Development Officer to support initiatives such as their Communities of Practice (CoPs) project which provides an opportunity to improve the ICT proficiency of both the community sector as a whole and individual organisations.  Your role would be to initiate engagement, coordinate content and facilitate both online and face to face sessions while providing leadership and support for the development of these projects.

Skills required:

• experience in online or face to face facilitation of communities, teams or groups
• exemplary interpersonal and communications skills
• ability to work both independently and within a team environment
• proficiency with online social networking tools, webpage updating programs and email programs

*It is preferable that the candidate has experience in the community and/or not-for-profit sector as well as possessing an excellent working knowledge of and passion for ICT
