Youth Delegate
Youth Health 2011 Conference
Are you a young person aged 12-24 years who has an interest in youth health issues? You may be interested in applying to be a Sponsored Youth Delegate for the Youth Health 2011: It's totally important! conference.
The program will support 35 young people to participate in the Youth Health 2011 conference, including workshops, keynote presentations, panels and forums. The youth delegates will also be supported to develop and present a keynote address at the closing ceremony about their conference experience and why youth health is totally important.
You can find further information about the youth delegates program including how to apply in the sponsored youth delegate information and application form.
You can submit your completed application forms to rouel.dayoan@kids.nsw.gov.au by 3 October 2011.

Youth Delegate
Youth Health 2011 Conference
Are you a young person aged 12-24 years who has an interest in youth health issues? You may be interested in applying to be a Sponsored Youth Delegate for the Youth Health 2011: It's totally important! conference.
The program will support 35 young people to participate in the Youth Health 2011 conference, including workshops, keynote presentations, panels and forums. The youth delegates will also be supported to develop and present a keynote address at the closing ceremony about their conference experience and why youth health is totally important.
You can find further information about the youth delegates program including how to apply in the sponsored youth delegate information and application form.
You can submit your completed application forms to rouel.dayoan@kids.nsw.gov.au by 3 October 2011.
