Generate is Oaktree Foundation's key university student engagement program that equips, develops and provokes young people to realise their potential to effect change. Running from March until October, Generate is a weekly program that teaches aid and development concepts, develops communication and project management skills, and empowers Generators to make a meaningful change in the world.

Piloted in 2008, Generate has empowered over 400 young people aged between 18 and 26 to make more than just small changes. Our aim is for Generate participants to become dedicated and effective agents of change, through exposure and engagement with these central tenets of the program.

As the Generate Manager in Victoria, you will be responsible for the coordination and the delivery of the program to an excellent standard.  This involves working with the National Generate Director and Curriculum Manager to deliver a slick, comprehensive and engaging 2012 curriculum, and build a dynamic and supportive cohort of young people.
