Who is UN Women Australia?
UN Women Australia is the National Committee for UN Women. UN Women is the only United Nations agency focussed entirely on the issue of gender, particularly gender equality. UN Women Australia coordinates International Women's Day with over 50,000 men and women attending or engaging in events across the Australia. The organisation also engages government in gender and development issues, raises awareness of these issues in local communities and seeks to empower young women in Australia.
UN Women Australia, the National Committee for UN Women here in Australia is seeking a Sponsorship Intern, working 15-20 hours per week starting Monday 12th September until 23rd December.
Sponsorship Intern
Hours: 15-20 hours per week
Location: Canberra
Duration: 3- 4 months (12th September to 23rd December)
