AIESEC exchange gives you the opportunity to become a part of a global network of young people developing their potential both professionally and personally. By joining the AIESEC exchange program, you will get access to a database of over 8000 internships, overseas support and the opportunity to see the world!

Our Exchange Vision

• To provide a platform for students to develop their personal and professional skills

Our Global Mobility Programme is divided into two streams:

1. Global Community Development Programme

• International internships are the most intense learning experience we offer and link together our global network. This programme encompasses cross-cultural positive impact through volunteering abroad for social, educational and community development projects that lead to self development and skill enhancement for the member undertaking the programme.
• The cost is $600. 10% must be paid prior to the Member Review Board (in which we will assess your suitability for the program). You will have 7 days after this to pay $540. Flights and living expenses are generally at your own cost, however, our national programmes provide you with accommodation and at least 1 meal per day.

2. Global Internship Programme

• This work-abroad programme offers internships that contribute to the professional development of a member and assist them to specialise in a certain field of work involving general business functions (marketing, finance, human resources etc) or IT and engineering. They are normally long term in nature and involve working on diverse business projects and organisations.
• The cost is $750. 10% must be paid prior to Member Review Board (in which we will assess your suitability for the program). You will have 7 days after this to pay $675. Flights and living expenses are generally at your own cost, however you will receive a salary which should cover all expenses.

Duration: Internships vary from 6 to 78 weeks so our programmes are suitable for university breaks.
