The Oaktree Foundation is currently recruiting for an exciting new position: Communications Manager for Programs .
Oaktree is a growing organisation that relies on an effective and centralised model of communications to achieve its strategic goals and vision. As the Communications Manager- Programs, you will work alongside the Assistant National Communications Director and a small sub-brand communications team in overseeing the management of high visibility and strategic communications of Oaktree’s core programs: Schools 4 Schools, Generate, Campaigns, Projects, Live Below the Line and The Future Fund. You will also help manage relationships with external suppliers as part of outsourcing high-level design and production work. Specifically you will be responsible for:
- Working closely with the sub-brand team in planning the strategic direction of Oaktree’s programs’ communications
- Coordinating the delivery of high visibility and strategic communications for Oaktree’s programs including online, media releases, advertising and design and copywriting
- Overseeing the management of the sub-brand team as it grows

You will also help manage relationships with external suppliers as part of outsourcing high-level design and production work. Specifically you will be responsible for:
- Working closely with the sub-brand team in planning the strategic direction of Oaktree’s programs’ communications
- Coordinating the delivery of high visibility and strategic communications for Oaktree’s programs including online, media releases, advertising and design and copywriting
- Overseeing the management of the sub-brand team as it grows
