Executive Assistant to CEO plays a key role in ensuring the sustainability and growth of the organisation.
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO you will be responsible;
· Assist with development of forms, applications and proposals · Managing CEO’s schedule and book in meetings and speaking arrangements · Assist CEO with phone and email communications |

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS |

SKILLS REQUIRED |
|
· Ability to liaise effectively and professionally with a variety of stakeholders · Experience working in a professional business environment preferred · The ability to pre-empt issues that may arise · Understanding of community development and project development · Approachable, professional and organized · High level of initiative and independence · Excellent verbal and written communication skills |
