Oaktree Tasmania has three positions available to help with the organisation of the upcoming UnConvention conference. The UnConvention is a brand new project by Oaktree Tasmania that will bring together innovative young minds and give them an opportunity to develop unique and unconventional ways to tackle the global issue of extreme poverty in their own communities. The UnConvention will be a three day workshop in Hobart held in the middle of November, featuring the best young speakers in Australia as well as a ball and other exciting events. Assistant UnConvention Manager (applications close 5pm, Wednesday 6th July)
The role of Assistant UnConvention Manager is to support the UnConvention Manager in the running and organisation of the UnConvention. This role involves strategic planning for the entire event, with a specific focus on the Event Management team. UnConvention Logistics Coordinator (applications close 5pm, Wednesday 6th July)The role of Logistics Coordinator is to manage and be responsible for the logistics of the UnConvention. This role involves organising all logistical requirements of the UnConvention including, but not limited to, venue, catering, accommodation and transport. This position will report to the UnConvention Manager and work in conjunction with the Operations and Promotions Coordinators and General Team
