On July 1^st 2011 at The University of Queensland, INITIATE The Future will connect 500 leaders of youth organisations with each other, businesses, the government and universities. Hosted by AIESEC Australia, INITIATE The Future is a one day leadership development seminar aimed at providing Australia's young leaders with the skills, networks and mindset to become the leaders of tomorrow.

 

An on-site and virtual space allows young leaders to create and engage with ideas, innovations and inventions that will address issues affecting Australia.

Through discussions, debates and workshops participants will have the opportunity to develop critical thinking and professional skills necessary to become the next generation of Australia's leaders. During the three networking breaks attendees will have the opportunity to expand their personal and professional networks.
